My recent stay in the Standard King Room was absolutely luxurious! The room was spacious, immaculate, and featured breathtaking views that made every moment special. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering not just stunning city vistas but also a refreshing escape from the heat.

The hotel offers a well-equipped gym and a variety of sports facilities, ensuring there's something for everyone looking to stay active. Plus, the views from the higher floors are simply stunning, providing a nice backdrop to any stay.

The layout of the bathroom could use some rethinking, as the bathtub feels crammed into a corner instead of being a feature. There were also reported frustrations regarding billing issues during check-out, notably with double charges and the handling of room charges resulting in confusion. Not to mention, some rooms might have an odd smell which can detract from the overall experience. some minor room refurbishments would enhance comfort significantly.

The staff, particularly at the Essence restaurant, were attentive and went above and beyond. a special mention to Ms. Kinjal for her fantastic service. the hotel had some drawbacks. A strong moldy smell lingered in the room, affecting the air quality, which is concerning. my request for a suitable shuttle service was poorly managed. While the staff did try to help, it took longer than expected to secure transportation. Refurbishment could enhance the ambiance, as the interiors seem somewhat dated.

the location of this hotel made it super easy to explore nearby attractions like the stunning Prahlad Nagar Garden just over a kilometer away and the beautiful Vastrapur Lake Garden which is less than a 10-minute drive, making my weekend strolls truly delightful.
